Requirements

- Recent Clinical Risk Management experience in an acute-care hospital; RN preferred.
- 7+ years leadership and healthcare experience.
- 5+ years database/spreadsheet experience.
- 4+ years training experience.
- 2+ years budget management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 7+ years healthcare experience, or 10+ years healthcare experience.
- PHRM or PHQ certification within 24 months.
