Job Description

You will work alongside our medical, nursing and therapy teams to support patients throughout treatment. Your responsibilities will be aligned with your certification, clinical experience and scope of practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting admission assessments and follow-up visits to evaluate patients’ needs and progress.
  • Providing medication management and supporting safe withdrawal management within your scope of practice.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
  • Monitoring changes in patients’ conditions and coordinating additional evaluation or a higher level of care when needed.
  • Maintaining timely documentation and helping patients understand their medications, treatment and recovery goals.
